Port Chicago

Our clients needed their bathroom finished in just three weeks to welcome their second baby, and we made it happen! The goal was to widen the shower by removing the soffit and create more space by replacing the pedestal sink with a toffee-stained cherry wood vanity. We also added a handmade shelf by a steel fabricator and a recessed medicine cabinet mirror for more functionality. The design brought together midcentury and industrial styles with matte black fixtures and square porcelain tile flooring. While the floating concrete sink was back-ordered, the project was a success with new shower doors, improved storage solutions, and a more comfortable shower experience. This transformation in their single-family home resulted in a stylish and functional bathroom just in time for their growing family.
