We'll chat about style options, functionality, and budget, making sure we're all on the same page. Before we get started, we'll sign a Jobsite Visit Agreement to make things official.
phase one:
Consultation
Now it's time to turn those ideas into reality! We'll whip up a preliminary floor plan to give you a sneak peek at the possibilities. And don't worry, if you want to tweak things, we've got you covered with two rounds of complementary changes to the plan. We'll also start sourcing materials to bring your vision to life. From cabinetry to flooring to appliances, we'll find the perfect pieces to make your space shine.
phase two:
Concept Development & Sourcing
Once we've nailed down the concept, it's time to crunch some numbers. We'll provide you with a detailed estimate and scope of work for all the finish materials, shipping, delivery, and taxes. Plus, our licensed contractor will give you an estimate for all the construction materials and labor. No surprises here - we'll make sure you know exactly what to expect.
phase three:
Design & Remodel Review
Let's make things official! You'll receive a detailed contract outlining the schedule of fees, materials, shipping, and weekly job site visits. Our goal is transparency, so you'll know exactly what you're paying for and when.
phase four:
Contractual Agreement
It's go time! Our team will work closely with you to bring the plans to life. From start to finish, we'll ensure that every detail is perfect and that your project is completed to the highest quality and standards possible. Let the transformation begin!
